Twenty years of confidence, community, and joy.
It started with one small studio
デザイン フレス opened in 2004 in a converted riverside warehouse, with two teachers, a sprung floor, and a big idea: that dance should be for everyone — every age, every body, every background. Two decades and thousands of dancers later, we've grown, but the heart of the place hasn't changed. We're still the studio that celebrates effort over perfection and belonging over competition.
